Jacob started at 19 and represented more than $1 million in sales by the end of 2018. Today Jacob has helped over 600 clients buy or sell residential and commercial real estate and has sold over $75 million worth of real estate. He opened Eastside Fitness in Lima in 2024 and County Line Real Estate in 2026.
He lives on a small farm in Allen East with his wife Jessica, son Jay, and daughter June. Hobbies: working out, jiu-jitsu, hunting, and chess.
