My wife Tami and I are lifelong Hardin County residents. We raised two boys and have nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. I spent 33 years at a local defense contractor — 10 years as a welder and 23 years in union leadership, negotiating for the workforce while keeping a good relationship with management. That experience is why I chose real estate as a second career. I learned years ago: if you treat people right, the rest of it takes care of itself.
